Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Head of Warehouse to oversee and manage all warehouse operations in our Iyana-Ipaja facility.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of hospitality and FMCG products, ensuring inventory accuracy and optimal workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory control, receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping.
  • Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
  • Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts and inspecting equipment.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures for improved productivity.
  • Manage and mentor warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and generate periodic performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for seamless supply chain flow.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 – 6 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the hospitality or FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proximity to Iyana-Ipaja or willingness to relocate is preferred.
