Head of Sales( Real Estate)

  • As the Head of Sales, you will lead a dynamic team, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure our properties reach the right clients across key markets. Your success will be measured by real outcomes and tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on market engagement and client acquisition.
  • Expand the company’s presence in key target areas through direct client interactions.
  • Oversee site visits, negotiations, and deal closures with high-value clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 7+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly results-oriented, strategic, and hands-on in market execution.
