Job Summary
- As the Head of National Sales, you will be responsible for leading nationwide sales strategy, managing teams, and driving revenue growth across all regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Lead and oversee regional sales teams to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels nationwide.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years’ progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a national or regional leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian order fulfilment or logistics market and proficiency with CRM tools.
Salary
N500,000 – N800,000 / Month.
