Role Overview:

• The Head of HR will oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring staff administration, policy compliance, training, and employee engagement are executed efficiently. Reporting directly to the CMD, this role is pivotal in strengthening institutional systems and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
• Manage attendance, leave, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure implementation and compliance with HR policies
• Advise department heads on HR and employee relations matters
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or a related sector
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent Nigerian-recognized HR qualification)
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Proven ability to implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
