• The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our overall business objectives. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of human resources in the organisation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-SCP) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership capacity within an HR department.
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
