Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead our renewable energy projects from design to delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership, ensuring top-quality execution, innovation, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solar PV design, modeling, and installation from concept to completion.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with business development teams on project proposals.
• Oversee resource planning, site supervision, and performance optimization.
• Drive innovation through R&D and new energy solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field (Master’s or PMP/NABCEP preferred).
• 8–10 years of renewable energy experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience in solar PV design and EPC project delivery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, or HOMER.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Nigeria’s renewable energy regulations and market trends.
