Job Summary
- We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join the team of our client, a major player in the International Aviation Catering Services Industry.
- This position requires a seasoned culinary professional with a deep understanding of large-scale food production, menu planning, kitchen management, and team leadership in a high-volume catering or hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the culinary operations across Hot Kitchen departments.
- Oversee menu planning, recipe development, and production schedules to meet airline and client standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP protocols.
- Manage kitchen budgets, food cost control, inventory, and waste reduction.
- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing culinary teams to achieve consistent operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Flight Management teams to ensure timely, quality service delivery.
- Drive innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent the culinary department during audits, client meetings, and operational reviews.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years’ experience in a senior culinary management role within airline catering, 5-star hotels, or large-scale catering operations.
- Strong knowledge of international culinary standards and food safety systems (HACCP, ISO, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure environments while maintaining top-tier food quality.
