  • This is an in-person, mid-level management role based in Abuja, designed for a proven performer who can deliver growth, build partnerships, and lead winning strategies.

The Opportunity
As Head of Commercial, you will:

  • Own Growth: Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue and profitability.
  • Lead Deals: Identify, negotiate, and close high-value business opportunities.
  • Build Networks: Forge and manage strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Command the Market: Deliver actionable insights and competitive analysis that shape strategy.
  • Inspire Teams: Mentor and lead a high-performing commercial unit.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven Performer: 5+ years in sales, business development, or commercial leadership in fintech, tech, education, or financial services.
  • Results-Driven: A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strategic & Bold: Strong ability to design and execute ambitious growth strategies.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Grounded in Abuja: Familiar with the Abuja market and able to leverage local opportunities.
