Salary Range: 1.5M – 2M Net Monthly

Our Company is a  Real Estate  at the intersection of finance and real estate. We are seeking a visionary Head of Business Development to architect and lead our next phase of growth.
Your Mission:

Candidate will be the cornerstone of our commercial strategy, responsible for identifying, developing, and securing high-value partnerships, sales and investment opportunities. You will leverage your deep financial expertise and real estate acumen to build a robust pipeline and close transformative deals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Origination & Strategy: Hunt for and cultivate new business opportunities with institutional investors, private equity firms, HNWIs, and real estate developers.
  • Relationship Architect: Build and nurture a powerful network of C-level relationships across the banking and real estate sectors.
  • Pitch & Persuade: Lead the end-to-end deal process, from crafting compelling investment theses and presentations to leading high-stakes negotiations and closing complex transactions.
  • Market Intelligence: Serve as the market expert, providing insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities at the finance-real estate nexus.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with our investment, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and portfolio growth.

The Ideal Candidate must have :

  • A proven track record of 7-10 years in a top-tier sales, relationship management, or business development role within the banking or financial services industry (e.g., Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Real Estate Lending).
  • Demonstrable expertise and a strong network within the real estate sector. You understand cap rates, development cycles, and what makes a deal tick.
  • A verifiable history of exceeding targets and closing multi-million dollar deals.
  • Exceptional versatility – you are as comfortable analyzing a balance sheet as you are walking a construction site.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the executive presence to influence key decision-makers.
  • A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build something significant from the ground up.
  • A Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or a related field; an MBA or other professional certification is a strong plus.
