Job description: Job Description:​Our ClientOur client, an advertising company, seeks to employ a head of agency operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all agency operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments (creative, strategy, client service, media, etc.).

• Develop and implement efficient processes, workflows, and systems that enhance delivery and accountability.

• Manage timelines, project pipelines, and resource allocation to meet client and internal expectations.

• Work closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into action plans and team objectives.

• Oversee internal reporting systems, productivity tracking, and team performance evaluations.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to drive efficiency and quality.

• Support onboarding and development of team members through structured systems.

• Uphold company culture, reinforce internal communication, and lead process improvement initiatives.

• Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in agency operations, project management, or general operations roles.

• Strong leadership and team management experience.

• Proven track record in improving operational systems and managing cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and process design skills.

• Previous experience working in or managing operations within a creative, media, or consulting agency.

• Familiarity with project management tools and workflow systems.

• Professional certifications in operations management, project management (e.g., PMP), or process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of agency business models and client service dynamics.
