Job Summary

  • They are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Advisory to lead and expand their advisory practice. This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone passionate about shaping impactful transactions and building a high-performing advisory team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of financial advisory mandates including capital raising, M&A, business valuations and restructuring.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the origination and structuring of deals, working closely with investors and business owners.
  • Build and mentor a team of analysts and associates, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Drive business development efforts and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy.
  • Represent the firm at key meetings, industry events, and negotiations as required.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or corporate finance.
  • Strong track record of leading and closing complex financial transactions.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, valuations, investment memos, and deal structuring.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to manage both clients and internal teams.
  • Strong network of investors, financiers, and industry players.
  • Passionate about working with SMEs and contributing to Africa’s economic growth.
  • CFA, ACA, MBA or relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.

Salary
N1,000,000 – N1,500,000 / Month.
