Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the firm’s objectives and client  needs, ensuring diversification and risk management. 
• Oversee portfolimanagement processes, including asset allocation, investment selection,  and performance monitoring, ensuring that the investment portfolios are optimized for  growth and risk-adjusted returns. 
• Lead portfolimanagers in managing and rebalancing portfolios, ensuring adherence t investment guidelines and mandates. 
• Analyze portfoliperformance and ensure it is in line with client expectations, benchmarks,  and market conditions. 
• Oversee the development of tactical and strategic asset allocation models for the firm’s  portfolios. 
• Lead and manage the Investment Research team in conducting deep research and analysis  across asset classes, including equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and other  securities. 
• Ensure that research is robust, data-driven, and supports investment decisions, portfoli adjustments, and strategy formulation. 
• Stay abreast of macroeconomic trends, market movements, and regulatory changes that  impact investment decisions. 
• Provide actionable market insights and recommendations based on research, ensuring  alignment with the firm’s investment strategies and risk profiles. 
• Develop market outlook reports, investment commentary, and client presentations that  communicate key findings and strategic advice. 
• Lead and mentor the Investment Management team ensuring high levels of performance  and professional development. 
• Collaborate with client-facing teams tensure alignment between investment strategies and client expectations, including participating in client meetings and presentations.Work closely with senior leadership, risk management, compliance, and operations teams  tensure investment strategies are implemented efficiently and within regulatory  guidelines. 
• Provide regular performance and strategy updates tinternal stakeholders, including the  investment committee and senior management. 
• Ensure that portfolios are managed within the agreed-upon risk parameters and that risks  are properly identified, assessed, and mitigated. 
• Oversee risk reporting and work with the risk management team tdevelop risk models,  stress testing, and scenarianalysis. 
• Ensure that all investment decisions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements,  and industry standards. 
• Continuously seek innovative investment strategies and approaches tenhance portfoli performance and attract new assets under management (AUM). 

Desired Qualifications: 

• A good first degree (minimum of Second Class Upper) 
• An MBA, CFA, or other relevant qualifications is a plus. 
• 8+ years of experience in investment management, including significant exposure tboth  investment research and portfolimanagement. 
• Strong financial modeling, portfolimanagement, and performance attribution skills. 
• In-depth knowledge of asset allocation, risk management, and investment research  methodologies. 
• Expertise in using investment management tools, analytics platforms, and portfoli management software. 
• Proficiency in macroeconomic and industry analysis, with a focus on identifying investment  opportunities across multiple asset classes. 
• Proven ability tlead, mentor, and develop investment teams.
