Your responsibilities…

- You will design, implement, and oversee the performance management system, ensuring periodic reviews and alignment with company objectives.
- You will manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization is staffed with qualified and motivated employees.
- You will collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and implement suitable development programs.
- You will oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction.
- You will provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- You will ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
- You will oversee onboarding, probation management, and employee confirmations to ensure a seamless integration process.
- You will advise management on HR trends, workforce planning, and continuous improvement strategies.
To be considered, you should have…
- A degree in a science or social science field (HND or BSc).
- A recognized HR certification (CIPMN, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).
- At least 6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in structured environments.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
