Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for the Head of Digital Banking at Alert Group.
• The Head of Digital Banking will be responsible for leading and managing the digital transformation initiatives, developing and executing digital strategies, overseeing project management, and driving digital innovation.
• This role will require closely working with cross-functional teams, analyzing web metrics, and ensuring the successful implementation of digital banking projects.
• Additionally, the role will involve providing leadership and direction to the digital banking team.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy
• Experience with POS deployment.
• Strong Project Management skills
• Proven Team Leadership abilities
• Proficiency in Web Analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
