Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Management: Develop and maintain the brand’s image, identity, and messaging.
• Sales Management: Drive sales growth and revenue through effective brand strategies.
• Territory Management: Manage and optimize brand presence across different territories or regions
• Channel Management involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with diverse sales channels, including traditional trade, modern trade, salons, and online platforms, to enhance brand visibility and ensure seamless product accessibility.
• Brand Owner Management: Collaborate with brand owners or stakeholders to align brand strategies and objectives.
• Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives

Requirements

• Qualifications: HND or BSc degree
• Experience: At least 5-6 years in sales and marketing with managerial experience
