Job Description
- We are seeking a personable and professional Guest Relations Officer to enhance the experience of residents and guests at a luxury residential building.
- This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Reception: Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm, professional, and lasting impression.
- Guest Support: Provide accurate information about the property, amenities, and nearby attractions.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- VIP Management: Deliver personalized attention and premium service to VIP guests.
- Service Promotion: Highlight available facilities, special offers, and premium services to guests.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and preferences.
- Proactive Service: Anticipate guest’ needs and take initiative to enhance their experience.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong rapport with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat engagement.
- Supervision: Oversee site cleanliness and coordinate the activities of janitors, artisans, and other on-site staff.
Requirements
