Job Overview
- The Product Growth & Success Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of SBSC’s proprietary products from launch to market maturity. This individual will serve as the key link between the engineering, sales, and management teams, ensuring seamless communication, product-market alignment, and customer satisfaction. The role requires a blend of product management, customer success, and business development skills to ensure that SBSC’s products not only meet market needs but also deliver consistent revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Product Coordination & Lifecycle Management
- Serves as the primary liaison between engineering, sales, and management teams to ensure alignment on product goals, updates, and timelines.
- Understands the product roadmap and ensure milestones are achieved from development through rollout and scaling.
- Translates technical updates into business language for internal and external communication.
- Supports feature prioritization based on client feedback and market demand.
Market Readiness & Go-to-Market Execution
- Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to design and execute product launch strategies.
- Supports the creation of product pitch materials, demos, and client-facing documentation.
- Conducts market and competitor analysis to identify positioning opportunities.
- Trains internal teams on product features, value propositions, and differentiators.
Client Engagement & Account Management
- Manages end-to-end client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from demo to full adoption.
- Maintains regular communication with clients to gather feedback and track satisfaction.
- Identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Addresses client issues in collaboration with the engineering and support teams, ensuring timely resolution.
Revenue Growth & Product Performance
- Tracks product performance metrics including revenue, adoption rate, churn, and client satisfaction.
- Works with finance and sales teams to forecast revenue and monitor performance against targets.
- Recommends strategies to improve customer retention and maximize profitability.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Provides regular updates to management on product performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Proactively identifies bottlenecks and process improvements for product delivery and client success.
- Supports documentation of lessons learned, success stories, and market insights.

- Strong understanding of the software product lifecycle – from ideation and development to launch and growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Business acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
- A postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Professional certification in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Customer Success will be a plus.
Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in product management, customer success, business analysis, or account management in a technology or software company.
- Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, and marketing).
- Experience supporting SaaS, enterprise, or custom software solutions preferred.
- Demonstrated success in improving product adoption, client retention, and revenue growth.
