Job Summary

  • We are looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate is passionate about experimenting with marketing channels, analyzing results, and scaling strategies that deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across digital platforms to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Optimize marketing funnels (awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue).
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with clear ROI targets.
  • Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on performance across all growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to improve customer journey and conversion rates.
  • Test and implement A/B experiments to improve content, landing pages, and campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on growth marketing trends and emerging tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Growth Marketer, Digital Marketer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media ads.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a strong drive to meet ambitious growth targets.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Conversion rates across marketing funnels.
  • ROI on marketing spend.
  • Website and social media engagement growth.
  • Retention and churn rate improvements.
