Growth Executive

Role Overview:

  • As a Growth Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and unlocking new business opportunities, driving strategic partnerships, and growing product adoption

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive user acquisition and client conversion through inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue partnerships and channels for market expansion.
  • Understand customer pain points in payrollrecruitment, or financial operations, and position the right product solutions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, and cold outreach methods.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to influence go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze customer data to identify usage patterns, churn risk, and upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a growthsales, or partnership role—preferably in HR Tech (e.g., payroll, recruitment platforms) or Fintech.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, especially in the tech, HR, or finance space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience using CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
