Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Group Head, Treasury Sales to lead our treasury sales strategy across institutional, corporate, retail, and public sector clients. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and achieving key financial targets in line with the firm’s asset management goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Treasury Sales team to achieve AUM and revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow treasury sales across all customer segments
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key institutional and corporate clients
  • Collaborate with portfolio management and product teams to design tailored investment solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
  • Mentor and develop junior sales personnel to drive team success

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in treasury sales or institutional sales (asset management experience required)
  • Proven leadership track record in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of treasury products and financial markets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and a strong results orientation
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Achievement of AUM and sales targets (individual and team)
  • Growth in client base and retention rates
  • Revenue contribution from treasury sales initiatives
