Job Responsibilities

Visual Design Strategy  

  • Define and communicate the overall design vision and strategy aligned with brand goals. 
  • Monthly design stakeholder meeting to align on business goals and requirements  
  • Create 2 to 3 design concepts for major campaigns per quarter 
  • Develop innovative and creative design solutions to elevate brand identity. 

Team Leadership 

  • Lead and mentor the graphic design team to ensure continuous growth and development. 
  • Encourage cross-departmental collaboration to enhance design innovation. 
  • Provide creative direction, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members. 
  • Assign tasks and set clear project expectations and deadlines. 

Design Project Management & Operations 

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all design projects from concept to completion.  
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure alignment with business goals. 
  • Streamline design processes for maximum efficiency and creativity. 
  • Handle external vendors, freelancers, or agencies for outsourced design work. 

Design Style Guide 

  • Ensure all design assets are optimized for various platforms (web, mobile, print).  
  • Ensure the brand’s tone, aesthetics, and messaging are consistently applied across all platforms. 
  • Update the style guide (if need be) to reflect any branding or design evolution. 
  • Quality Assurance: Review designs thoroughly before submission, checking for accuracy, quality, and adherence to project goals. 

Internal Communications 

  • Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates that align with the company’s vision and business objectives.   
  • Function as the liaison between various company departments to facilitate transparent information flow.  
  • Develop and implement communication plans that  
  • Drive awareness on new updates and services within the firm. 
  • Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture
