Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fund Mobilization Executive. Based in Lagos, this role involves a combination of on-site and remote work. The Fund Mobilization Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, have a portfolio of High Network Individuals, managing relationships with partners and contributors, and designing strategies to achieve fundraising targets. Day-to-day tasks will include developing financial proposals, analyzing market trends, networking, and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders to meet organizational goals.

• Strong written, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in financial services Banking roles is a plus
• High level of professionalism with goal-oriented work processes
