Front Desk Receptionist

Role Description

  • The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical duties.
  • The receptionist will ensure a welcoming environment and provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors.

Qualifications

  • University Degree or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage.
