Front Desk Officer / Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Maintain a well-organized and welcoming office environment.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
  • Assist with office operations and coordination of company activities.

Requirements

  • A polished and professional appearance with excellent personal presentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, confident, and poised in handling clients and office matters.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist, customer service officer, or administrative support is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office management tools.
