• We’re seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Officer cum Accountant to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, managing diagnostic inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Register clients on our EMR system and manage result collection
• Handle phone calls and test appointments
• Inform clients about payment methods, verify payments, and provide service information
• Collect necessary client information and provide service details
• Manage customer complaints and create memorable experiences

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
• 3 – 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles (hospital or hotel industry experience is an added advantage)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
