Front Desk Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure a welcoming reception area.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR and Sales teams.
- Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage office supplies.
- Assist in coordinating client appointments and property visit schedules.
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- HND qualification / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1 – 2 years experience as a Front Desk Officer or Receptionist (preferably in real estate or service industry).
- Other Requirements
- Must reside within proximity to the office.
- Smart, reliable, and customer-oriented.
- Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional appearance, confident and courteous.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
