Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain front office records and a tidy reception area.
  • Support administrative and documentation tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of front desk experience (preferably in real estate or construction).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Neat appearance and strong organizational ability.
