Front Desk Officer

Position Summary:

  • The Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the reception area, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • This role involves greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage front-office activities seamlessly.

Qualification:

  • B.Sc/ HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
  • Telecom / Power industry

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer- focused attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
