Front Desk Officer
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. The role involves managing front office operations, handling inquiries, supporting administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the company’s brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors courteously and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s services, property listings, and processes.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Manage appointment schedules, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist clients and prospective buyers/tenants with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Support the sales and leasing teams with client documentation and follow-ups.
- Maintain visitor logs, access control, and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and updating records.
- Assist in organizing company events, open houses, and client meetings.
- Uphold the company’s professional image by providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or OND/HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role (experience in real estate is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
