Front Desk Officer
Job Summary
- As a front desk officer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at the front desk.
- These tasks may include answering phones, greeting visitors, managing appointments, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- You may also be responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support to the organisation.
- Interested candidates must have strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- You should be organised and detail-oriented, and have a professional and friendly demeanor.
- You may also be responsible for managing the front desk budget, ordering supplies, and scheduling maintenance and repairs for the front desk area.
Requirements
- Minimum ND in any discipline.
- Gender/Age: Female, not more than 30 years.
- Digital Marketing & Office Applications are must-have skill sets.
- Residency: Reside around Ogba, Ikeja, Agege, Berger environs (very Important)
Skill Sets:
- Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new skills
- Good command of English
- Accounting skills will be added advantage
- Social Media Usage: WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X.
Salary
- Negotiable.
