Responsibilities
- Serve as the first contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure continual business.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer service performance metrics.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service in an FMCG or Oil & Gas sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and customer-oriented mindset.
