Job Summary:
- We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support the smooth daily running of our office. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized environment, assisting with minor errands, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and shared spaces.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic administrative duties.
- Run minor errands and support logistics when required.
- Monitor office supplies and notify the team when replenishment is needed.
- Support staff during meetings and office events (arrangements, refreshments, clean-up).
- Ensure facilities remain neat, safe, and functional, reporting any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reporting To: Admin Officer/HR Manager
