Job Summary
- As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- You will manage front-desk operations, handle calls and correspondence, maintain office security, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, directing them to the appropriate offices or staff
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls while managing front-desk inquiries
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, scheduling, and managing supplies
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, NCE, or HND qualification with 2–3 years’ proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with a customer service attitude.
