Job Overview
- The Head of HR will oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR leader with deep experience in the manufacturing sector, strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, and a track record of aligning HR practices with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead the full HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, retention, and exit processes
- Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure clear KPIs across departments
- Design and implement policies on compensation, training, and development
- Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and HR best practices
- Supervise payroll administration and employee benefits
- Provide HR reports and workforce analytics to management
- Foster a strong organizational culture focused on productivity, accountability, and engagement
- Oversee HR team and support the professional development of staff
- Serve as a strategic advisor to management on all HR-related matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- A minimum of 15 years’ HR experience, with at least 5 in a senior/leadership role
- Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG industry is highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage HR operations across departments and levels
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is a strong advantage
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and payroll software
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Job Overview
- This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition. You will lead field efforts, nurture customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence through data-driven sales practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition
- Drive field sales efforts to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and wholesalers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth
- Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and monitor competitor activity
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer data, sales activities, and reporting
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and conduct meetings with prospects
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional deals with clients
- Align sales initiatives with marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Provide accurate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, customer insights, and market trends
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system
- Monitor industry trends and emerging market opportunities
- Continuously optimize sales processes and forecasting accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–3 years of field sales experience in the footwear, plastics, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth, preferably in the PVC manufacturing sector
- Solid understanding of the PVC footwear market and customer segments
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and build long-term client relationships
- Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive
- Willingness to travel regularly within Lagos and neighboring regions
