Role Overview:
- We are looking for a dynamic, well-connected Entertainment Manager to lead our talent and events strategy. This person will be responsible for curating high-quality performances, DJs, and special events that drive foot traffic, enhance guest experience, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and manage DJs, performers, hype men, dancers, and guest artists
- Develop and execute a weekly/monthly entertainment calendar aligned with business goals
- Ensure smooth event execution, including stage, sound, lighting, and logistics
- Monitor crowd behaviour and adjust programming to maximize engagement and sales
- Collaborate with the GM, Creative Manager, and Operations teams to create cohesive experiences
- Maintain relationships with promoters, talent agents, and key industry contacts
- Track performance metrics and report on entertainment impact on sales
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment management
- Strong network of DJs, performers, and promoters
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and people management skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute high-energy events
- Results-driven with a focus on driving revenue through entertainment
