Regional Admin Coordinator (North Central)

Responsibilities 

  • Ensure timely supply of office stationeries and /consumables and diesel.
  • Assist in enforcing strict process adherence on ntel local and international hotel and residential accommodation requirements.
  • Provide administrative support services to the business ensuring utility bills (dstv, light, waste etc are collated & paid as at when due.
  • Identify, flag and resolve all Regional Facilities issues as they arise.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing new relationships and maintain existing relationship with third party providers (hoteliers, property managers) and assist in negotiatiating beneficial rates.
  • Manage lead time and stock value of items within commodity group, without compromising service levels.
  • Facilitate effective customer interface meetings to achieve two-way information and knowledge flow.
  • Periodically review the performance of the agreements (vendor) to ensure adherence to the terms and conditions and review financial constraints
  • Co-ordinate Front desk/reception activities and company mail.
  • Initiate, manage and track purchase orders, delivery receipts, invoices and payments for all suppliers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Educational Qualification

  • HND or B.Sc. in any discipline preferably Social Sciences or Engineering
  • Professional qualification from a recognized body is desirable
  • Minimum of 3 years in general office administration in a multinational company or company of high reputation.
