Description
- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will support the creation of visual assets across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their design career to grow their skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to impactful design projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing graphics for digital platforms (social media, email campaigns, websites, ads) and print materials (brochures, posters, presentations).
- Work closely with the senior designer(s) and marketing team to execute creative concepts and campaigns.
- Support in maintaining and evolving the brand’s visual identity and design guidelines.
- Edit and retouch images, ensuring high-quality visual output.
- Prepare and deliver design files in the correct formats for digital and print production.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate briefs into engaging designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (internship or freelance experience acceptable).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva.
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and color theory.
- Basic knowledge of design for both digital and print media.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.

- This role involves prospecting for new clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored banking solutions. The Officer is responsible for driving the growth of the bank’s customer base and revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and promoting financial products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies aligned with Mkobo’s overall growth objectives.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of Sales & Business Development Officers
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships to expand Mkobo’s customer base for EWA and Mkobo for Business products.
- Develop sales funnels and processes to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Generate qualified leads.
- Manage existing partnerships and drive increased utilization of Mkobo’s products among partner’s employees.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 0- 2 years of experience in sales and/or business development.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth objectives.
- Knowledge of Fintech and financial services industry and strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
