Job Description

  • The Business Development Executive will conduct industry research, develop new business opportunities, manage partner relationships, and assist in preparing and organising complex visa applications.
  • The role involves working closely with clients and the internal applications team to ensure high-quality submissions.
  • This position requires a proactive, analytical, and organised individual who is comfortable handling detailed documentation and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Research:

  • Conduct in-depth research on immigration trends, industry developments, and international opportunities.
  • Identify potential markets, partners, and service expansion opportunities.
  • Analyse data and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Partnership & Client Coordination:

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, international institutions, and service providers.
  • Serve as a key contact for business partners, handling follow-ups and correspondence.
  • Support client engagement by providing guidance and coordinating necessary documentation.

Application Support:

  • Assist the visa applications team with preparing complex submissions requiring strong research, organisation, and supporting documents.
  • Organise documents, track deadlines, and ensure accuracy across all materials.
  • Liaise with clients to gather required information and maintain clear communication throughout the process.

Operational & Strategic Support:

  • Contribute to workflow improvements and operational efficiency within the applications department.
  • Support lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
  • Prepare reports, briefs, and presentations as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience in business development, consulting, documentation-heavy roles, or visa-related services is an added advantage.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information professionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

  • The Application Visa Officer will be responsible for managing visa applications from start to finish. This includes gathering documents, reviewing application forms for accuracy, conducting research, communicating with clients, and ensuring all submissions meet the required immigration standards.
  • The ideal candidate must be diligent, analytical, and able to manage multiple cases at once.

Key Responsibilities
Application Management:

  • Prepare, review, and complete visa application forms with accuracy.
  • Request, organise, and verify supporting documents from clients.
  • Ensure all documents meet the specific requirements of each visa category.
  • Track application stages, deadlines, and submission timelines.

Client Communication:

  • Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the application process.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to clients on required documents.
  • Follow up with clients for pending information and updates.

Research & Compliance:

  • Conduct basic research on visa requirements for different countries.
  • Ensure applications comply with official immigration rules and guidelines.
  • Stay updated with policy changes and documentation requirements.

Internal Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Application Team Lead and other departments.
  • Maintain organised digital and physical files.
  • Support quality checks and internal audits of applications.

Requirements

  • Degree inInternational Relations, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in immigration services, documentation, admin, research, or customer service is an added advantage.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
