Description

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day salon operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise and motivate staff to maintain a positive, professional, and productive work environment.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Oversee staff scheduling, shift planning, and attendance management.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
- Support implementation of company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and support staff training and development.
Requirements
- OND / HND qualification / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience in the beauty, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry is an added advantage.
