PURPOSE
- The Sales Representative is responsible for driving the visibility, availability, and sales of Topfeed products across assigned markets and directly to consumers.
THE JOB
- Assist in coordinating and monitor sales & marketing plan to maintain market visibility and availability of Topfeed Products in the assigned territory by carrying out promotional activities and merchandising product in major cities/farm centers.
- Gather, collate and summaries market data, information/intelligence report from farms, markets, consumer and stake holders in the assigned territory to assist ASM in decision making to keep Topfeed as the number one brand in feed milling.
- Assist distributors in the assigned territory to manage their stock for storage, redistribution and monitor reorder level to maintain repeat purchase/market share while supporting farmers with basic farm management practice skills towards customer loyalty.
- Identify, bring on board and keep farmers, customers and distributors to patronize Topfeed and increase market share in the assigned territory.
- Perform other functions as instructed by the Management.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Be organized and capable of working independently.
- Be customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Sc. or HND in Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering or related disciplines.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Method of Application
PURPOSE
- To ensure that all Silos equipment and machines are properly operated to achieve target and effective production.
THE JOB
- Daily walkthrough/routine checks on the machines before carrying full operation and during operation.
- Control panel board to convey grains from in-take pit to the silo and from silo to bagging line for load-out/dispatch.
- Carefully observe the panel lights during operation for indication of malfunctioning of machines.
- Report, if there is any malfunctioning of machines to mechanical technician for mechanical faults or electrical technician for electrical fault for onward repairs or replacement.
- The quantity of grains received or dispatched with the customer information is recorded in the daily silo operation record book.
- Stamp and sign customer waybill and return same to account officer.
- Monitor the laborers during receiving of grains to check for compliance to safety, quality of grains received and report observations to quality assurance personnel for onward action.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have a good communication skill.
- Have a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Be physically fit and comfortable working in a production/silo environment.
- Be safety-conscious and proactive in identifying and reporting hazards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 0’Level credits including Mathematics and English Language in not more than two sittings.
- Technical certification would be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role.
