Job Summary

  • We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in a fast-growing Tech-Pharmaceutical company.
  • The CFO will be responsible for providing strategic financial direction, driving business growth, ensuring sound financial management, and strengthening investor and stakeholder relations.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance leadership within technology, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG, and a proven track record of managing financial operations in high-growth and innovation-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Financial Planning:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive growth, profitability, and expansion.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.

Financial Management & Reporting:

  • Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and industry-specific financial standards.
  • Implement robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance policies.

Capital Management & Fundraising:

  • Lead fundraising initiatives including equity, debt financing, and strategic investments.
  • Manage relationships with investors, banks, financial institutions, and external auditors.
  • Optimize capital structure to support scalability and expansion.

Operational & Business Support:

  • Drive efficiency in financial operations, leveraging technology and automation.
  • Support new product launches, R&D investment decisions, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, R&D, Sales, Supply Chain) to align financial goals with operational execution.

People & Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build a high-performing function.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
  • Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA required.
  • Minimum of 10 – 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role.
  • Strong experience in Tech, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in fundraising, M&A, and investor relations.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven, and highly regulated environment.

Job Description

  • We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand our sales operations within the assigned region.
  • The RSM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, developing the sales team, and ensuring effective market penetration for our tech-enabled pharmaceutical distribution solutions.
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sales, combined with strong leadership and business development skills.

Responsibilities
