Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Funding Acquisition & Compliance:

• Research: Proactively research and identify suitable, high-value grant opportunities for the organization.
• Proposal Development: Develop and submit persuasive, compliant grant proposals, including accurate budget formulation.
• Documentation: Manage all grant application processes and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.

Project Management & Financial Oversight:

• Execution & Oversight: Coordinate the planning and execution of all grant-funded projects to meet established objectives and deadlines.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor project budgets and expenditures meticulously, ensuring full financial compliance and tracking milestones.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit timely, comprehensive progress and final reports for both internal management and external funders.

Stakeholder Management:

• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with donors, funding partners, and internal collaborating teams.
