Job Description
- We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- The ideal candidate will support pharmacy operations by maintaining inventory, managing prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical procedures and policies.
Responsibilities
- Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications to patients accurately.
- Receive and verify prescription orders.
- Label and package medications for patients.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and restocking supplies and medications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescription files.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification as a Pharmacy Technician from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Pharmacy Council or relevant regulatory body.
- Prior experience working in a retail or hospital pharmacy (an advantage).
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical terminology and dosage forms.
- Proficient in using pharmacy software and systems.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.

Job Summary
- The Pharmacy Sales Assistant supports daily pharmacy operations by assisting customers with their healthcare and personal needs, processing sales transactions, and ensuring shelves are stocked and well-presented.
- The role requires excellent customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting prescription and non-prescription products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain stock levels by receiving, unpacking, labeling, and displaying products.
- Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Provide information on product features, usage, and pricing (without giving medical advice)
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of SSCE/OND; additional training in sales, pharmacy, or healthcare is an advantage.
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy products and health items (training will be provided).
Salary
N60,000 Monthly.
