About the Role
- We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Officer with a solid track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within short timeframes in the Nigerian real estate market.
- The ideal candidate must be skilled in client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closing, with the ability to generate results under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of the company’s residential and commercial properties to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct marketing, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Convert leads into successful property sales within short sales cycles.
- Provide clients with accurate property information, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years proven sales experience in the Nigerian real estate industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within short timeframes.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (added advantage).

About the Role
- We are seeking a responsible and experienced Driver to provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for staff and company-related activities. The ideal candidate is punctual, well-groomed, respectful, and familiar with major routes and traffic patterns in and around Abuja.
- This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to safety, and excellent knowledge of vehicle care and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive staff or company executives to and from assigned locations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle, including regular servicing, fueling, cleaning, and inspections.
- Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and adhere to time schedules.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and road safety regulations.
- Promptly report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle issues to the management.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness both interior and exterior at all times.
- Perform minor troubleshooting and emergency repairs when needed.
- Support logistics, dispatch, or delivery-related tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality, especially when driving high-profile guests or executives.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / WAEC qualification.
- Valid Nigerian Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- 2–5 years of professional driving experience.
- Good knowledge of Abuja roads, traffic regulations, and alternate routes.
- Excellent sense of responsibility, courtesy, and time management.
- Basic vehicle troubleshooting skills is a plus.
- Must live within Abuja and be familiar with its major routes and neighborhoods.
Salary
N100,000 / Month.
