About the Role
- We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Account Manager to build and manage long-term relationships with our fintech clients. You’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers ensuring satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor on how to maximize the value of our fintech solutions and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Serve as the main contact post-onboarding guiding clients through product usage, performance insights, and strategic support.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and work with sales to execute.
- Build deep product knowledge to educate clients and troubleshoot user issues.
- Collaborate with product, support, and compliance teams to resolve customer challenges and communicate updates.
- Monitor client usage data and flag underperformance, churn risks, or expansion potential.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins with clients.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services ideally in fintech or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both strategic conversations and day-to-day support.
- A customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
- Experience working with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.
- Bonus: Familiarity with cross-border payments, FX, APIs, or B2B financial platforms.
