Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead our business growth initiatives.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
• The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating funds, building relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and increase AUM.
• Generate funds through various channels, including investors, partnerships, and other sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry leaders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in business development, finance, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and generating funds.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
