Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and management of our facilities while supporting day-to-day operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the general maintenance, cleanliness, and security of the facility.
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate and supervise technicians, cleaners, and external contractors.
- Manage repairs, improvements, and facility-related projects.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of facility supplies.
- Ensure all equipment and systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.) are functioning effectively.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies or urgent issues.
- Prepare and submit regular facility reports.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related field.
- Prior experience in facility management or a similar role is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).

Description
- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Legal to lead and manage the legal operations of our real estate organization.
- The ideal candidate will provide expert legal guidance, mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the company’s growth through sound legal structures and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the company’s legal department, policies, and processes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Provide legal advice on land acquisition, property sales, leases, joint ventures, and investment structures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and industry requirements.
- Offer guidance on dispute resolution, litigation management, and legal risks.
- Liaise with external regulators, legal authorities, and stakeholders as required.
- Support due diligence activities for property acquisitions and development projects.
- Develop and implement internal legal strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Train staff and management on legal best practices and compliance matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); BL is mandatory. A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
- 7 – 10 years post-call experience, preferably within real estate, commercial law, or property development.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian property law, land documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple high-level tasks efficiently.
