Food/Beverages Manager

Oversees the daily operations of food and beverage services in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue to ensure high standards of quality, service, and profitability.

Key Duties:

  • Manage restaurant, bar, and banquet operations
  • Supervise and train F&B staff
  • Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs
  • Develop menus in coordination with chefs
  • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints
  • Prepare budgets and performance reports

Requirements:
