Food/Beverages Manager
Oversees the daily operations of food and beverage services in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue to ensure high standards of quality, service, and profitability.
Key Duties:
- Manage restaurant, bar, and banquet operations
- Supervise and train F&B staff
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs
- Develop menus in coordination with chefs
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints
- Prepare budgets and performance reports
