Role Description

• This is an on-site contract role located in Benin City for a Food and Beverage Supervisor.
• The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department.
• This includes managing staff, ensuring adherence to service standards, coordinating service operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• The role also involves training staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Additionally, the supervisor will be required to communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Service Standards knowledge
• Experience in Food Service and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
