Job description: Job Description:Our client, a leading player in the hospitality industry, is looking to hire a Multi-Outlet Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the operations of multiple food and beverage outlets within their facility.The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards, supporting outlet managers, and ensuring a seamless and consistent guest experience across all locations. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in F&B service, team coordination, and quality control.key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets

• Ensure consistent service quality, food presentation, and guest satisfaction

• Conduct hygiene audits and enforce food safety standards

• Manage inventory and supplier orders to maintain stock levels

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly

• Track outlet performance and report to senior management

• Assist with promotions, menu updates, and seasonal campaigns

• Collaborate with teams to meet revenue goals and improve efficiency

• Support event coordination and execution across all outlets

Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices

• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory tools, and audit reporting

• ​Ability to travel between outlets and work flexible hours
